Cancellation Policy

If your plans change, please contact Grindelwald Massage as early as possible so that the appointment can be released or rescheduled.

Changing or cancelling

Requests to cancel or reschedule should be sent as soon as possible. A change is effective once acknowledged by Grindelwald Massage.

Booking-specific conditions

If a booking is subject to a specific cancellation deadline, no-show charge or other fee, that condition will be shown during booking, checkout or in the confirmation. This page does not create an additional fee that was not otherwise disclosed.

Late arrival and no-show

Late arrival may reduce treatment time where extending the appointment would affect another customer. If you cannot attend, please contact us.

Payments and refunds

Any refund due for an eligible prepaid booking is handled according to the conditions communicated for that booking and the payment provider’s processing times.

Cancellation by Grindelwald Massage

If Grindelwald Massage must cancel or reschedule an appointment, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible. Prepaid amounts for a service that cannot be provided will be handled according to applicable law and the agreed booking conditions.
