2. Online Bookings
A booking is considered confirmed once the booking system displays a confirmation and/or a booking confirmation email has been issued. Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information and booking details.
3. Appointment Availability
Appointment availability is calculated using the Grindelwald Massage booking system and may be synchronized with external calendar services such as Google Calendar. A time displayed as available does not constitute a guaranteed reservation until the booking process has been successfully completed.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Customers wishing to cancel or modify an appointment should contact Grindelwald Massage as soon as possible. Grindelwald Massage reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an appointment where reasonably necessary.
5. Prices and Payment
Unless otherwise stated, all prices are expressed in Swiss francs (CHF). Depending on the booking option available, payment may be collected online or directly at the appointment. Online payment may be processed by Stripe or another authorized payment service.
6. Google Calendar Integration
The booking system may use Google Calendar services to determine availability and synchronize appointments. Access is authorized by the relevant Google account holder through Google OAuth 2.0.
7. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate personal, contact and location information, selecting the correct service and time, being available at the agreed appointment time and communicating relevant information necessary for safe delivery of the requested service.
8. Website Availability
Grindelwald Massage aims to keep the website and booking system operational and accurate but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
9. Acceptable Use
Users must not submit fraudulent reservations, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the security or operation of the website, or misuse the booking service.
10. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, website content, branding, text, photographs, graphics and logos are owned by or licensed to Grindelwald Massage.
11. Privacy
