Grindelwald Massage respects your privacy and processes personal data only where necessary to provide massage booking services, communicate with customers, process appointments and operate this website.
1. Information We Collect
When you use our website or make a reservation, we may collect your name, email address, telephone or WhatsApp number, accommodation or meeting address, selected massage service, appointment date and time, information voluntarily provided in the booking form and payment-related information where online payment is available.
2. Booking Information
Information submitted through the online booking system may be stored in our WordPress database for the purpose of managing reservations, preventing conflicting bookings, maintaining appointment records and complying with applicable accounting or legal obligations.
3. Google Calendar Integration
Grindelwald Massage uses the Google Calendar API to manage appointment availability and synchronize massage bookings. The application may access the list of calendars associated with the authorized Google account, free/busy information required to determine appointment availability, and calendar events created or managed for Grindelwald Massage bookings.
Free/busy information is used exclusively to determine whether a particular time period is available for booking. The application does not use the content of unrelated personal calendar events for advertising, profiling or marketing purposes.
4. Google OAuth Authorization
Access to Google Calendar is provided through Google OAuth 2.0. Authorization credentials, including access and refresh tokens where applicable, may be securely stored by the website in order to maintain calendar synchronization. Google authorization may be revoked at any time through the security settings of the connected Google account.
5. Google API Services User Data
Grindelwald Massage’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data obtained through the integration is not sold, used for advertising or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
6. Payments
Where online payment is available, payments may be processed by Stripe or another authorized payment service. Grindelwald Massage does not store complete credit card numbers or card security codes on its own servers.
7. Sharing of Personal Information
Personal information is not sold or rented. Information may be shared with service providers only where necessary to operate the website, manage bookings, process payments, send communications or provide the requested massage service.
8. Data Retention
Personal and booking information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services and satisfy operational, accounting and legal requirements.
9. Data Security
Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to protect personal information and authorization credentials against unauthorized access, alteration, loss or disclosure. No internet-based system can guarantee absolute security.
10. Your Rights
Subject to applicable Swiss data protection law, you may request information about personal data held about you and may request correction or deletion of that information where legally permitted.
